The xanthan gum – is a vegetable based, Gluten free thickener – LOW CARB – used instead of all the corn & wheat starchy thickeners.
Preservatives – 0.03 % – Minimum amount, just enough to ensure that you don’t get Salmonella or any other food nasty!
